How I Work

Going through a separation or divorce can feel like your world has been turned upside down. It’s overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting — especially when abuse, financial uncertainty, or children are involved. I’m here to help you find calm in the chaos, make empowered choices, and begin again with confidence.

I’m not here to give legal advice or tell you what to do — I’m here to walk beside you, every step of the way.

People often tell me I’m the person they turn to when life gets messy. I’m naturally empathetic and thoughtful, but I’m also practical, calm, and encouraging. I create a space where you can speak freely, cry if you need to, laugh if you can, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived.

Alongside my divorce coaching training, I’m also a qualified personal trainer and British Triathlon coach — with a strong interest in nutrition and wellbeing. I believe rebuilding after divorce isn’t just emotional — it’s physical too. The smallest acts of self-care, movement, and nourishment can have a huge impact on your confidence and energy. If it feels right for you, I can gently weave these elements into our work together.

My approach is supportive and down-to-earth, with a touch of humour, and always led by what you need. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to begin, I’ll meet you where you are — and help you find your footing again.

This is your journey. I’m just here to walk it with you — so you don’t have to do it alone.
